About the Painting

A field of bluebonnets bloom against a spring-green lawn near a grove of pine trees. The famous lupin of Texas blooms with abandon during March and April, bringing visitors from all around to photograph themselves in the lush wildflowers. This painting captures the bluebonnets near The Woodlands, Texas.

This painting was done on 1-1/2" canvas, with the painting continued around the edges. The piece has been framed in a gold floater frame and arrives ready to hang.
