About the Painting

Bixby Bridge, located between Carmel and Big Sur on the California coastline, is a beautiful feat of engineering. I don't paint man-made objects very often, but this bridge gracefully fits in with the natural landscape, adding to the aesthetics of the scene. This painting captures the grandeur of Highway 1 and the vibrant colors at dawn.

"Coastal Cliffs" is an original oil painting on stretched canvas. The painting arrives framed in a 23kt burnished, gold leaf floater frame.
