Desert palm trees catch the late afternoon light, turning warm shades of cadmium and sherbet, while the sky above slowly turns to twilight purple. Each brush stroke is alive with texture and color, while still capturing the serenity and peace of the desert landscape.
This painting was done on 1-1/2" canvas, with the painting continued around the edges of the canvas. The piece has been framed in a simple, 23kt gold floating frame.
