About the Painting

Yellow-golden wildflowers cast an amber glow across the rolling hills and spring green grasses. Impasto strokes of oil paint capture the movement and vibrant color of the scene. A few bluebonnets bloom in the foreground.

"Amber Hills" was created on fine linen board, and the piece arrives framed in a gold plein air frame.
