The colors of November along the eastern Sierras, near Mono Lake, are starkly beautiful - wide open plains of burnt umber, the snow-capped peaks accented in brilliant blue shadows. This painting captures the wild beauty of the deserted landscape.

This painting was created on linen board, and it arrives ready to hang in a custom-made frame.

ERIN HANSON is a life-long painter, beginning her study of oils as a young child.  Her passion for natural beauty is seen in her work as she transforms vistas familiar and rare into stunning interpretations of bold color, playful rhythms and raw emotional impact.
