About the Painting

Swirling colors of blue and turquoise catch the afternoon light in this painting of California's rocky coast near San Luis Obispo. The impressionistic brush strokes swirl and dance, capturing the ever-changing foam.

"Turquoise Foam" was created on 1-1/2" canvas, with the painting continued around the edges. The piece arrives framed in a contemporary gold floater frame finished in 23kt gold leaf.

Exhibited at the Santa Paula Art Museum for Erin's Colors of California solo exhibition, 2021.
