The Woodlands has many beautiful lakes and ponds, nestled between groves of impossibly tall pine trees. This painting captures the incipient colors of dusk in rich purples and viridian greens. The brush strokes are thick and expressive with color and texture.

This painting was created on 1-1/2" deep canvas, with the painting continued around the edges. The painting is framed in a gold floater frame with black sides. It arrives wired and ready to hang.

ERIN HANSON is a life-long painter, beginning her study of oils as a young child.  Her passion for natural beauty is seen in her work as she transforms vistas familiar and rare into stunning interpretations of bold color, playful rhythms and raw emotional impact.
