About the Painting

This painting was inspired by the Texas countryside near Brenham. The Indian paintbrushes catch the late afternoon light and glow with warm color. Each brush stroke adds to the overall motion of the painting, re-creating the feeling of being outdoors.

This painting was done on 1-1/2" canvas, with the painting continued around the edges. The piece has been framed in a gold floater frame and arrives ready to hang.

This painting is available for purchase from Arts at Denver gallery.
