Hiking along the white sand beaches of Puerto Rico in early morning inspired this painting of tropical paradise. The thick brush strokes of the oil paint lend a feeling of spontaneity and light to the painting. The painting was done over 24 karat gold leaf, which sparkles and gleams beneath the paint.

This painting has been framed in a beautiful, museum-quality frame and will arrive ready to hang. The second photograph above shows how the painting looks hanging in gallery spot lighting.
