Erin Hanson is now offering fine art prints directly to her fans and collectors. These prints are created on artist-selected canvas, with inks and finishes that Hanson has determined most closely capture the look of her original oil paintings.
We wanted to show you exactly what happens when you order a fine art print through The Erin Hanson Gallery. So two weeks ago the team ordered a print of Erin Hanson's Saguaro Dusk through the new prints site. We selected the white frame option to contrast against the vibrant purples of the piece and the gallery's midnight blue walls.
A few days ago a large package arrived and we took photos of the whole event, from opening the box to hanging the print:
1) The first step is simple: select or find your favorite painting on www.erinhansonprints.com. The site will guide you through selecting your preferred framing option and dimensions. Once you have made your choice you can easily complete the order and checkout securely through a Paypal payment system.
2) Two to three weeks later your new print will arrive!

4) You will see that your print arrives ready to hang. Simply select the location for your piece and place a picture hanger in the wall at the desired height. We recommend using Ook Picture Hanging hooks, available through Amazon.
5) Before you know it you will have a beautiful new piece of art, brightening your day and making your guests jealous!

About Erin
ERIN HANSON is the creator of Open Impressionism, a new painting style taught in art schools worldwide. Hanson is one of the most prolific artists in history, with over 3,000 oil paintings sold to eager collectors. With millions of followers, Hanson has become an iconic, driving force in the rebirth of impressionism, inspiring thousands of other artists to pick up the brush and join her in the Open Impressionism movement.
Hanson began painting in oils at 8 years old. As a teenager, she apprenticed at a mural studio where she worked on 40-foot-long paintings while selling art commissions on the side. After being told it was too hard to make a living as an artist, she got her degree in Bioengineering from UC Berkeley. Afterward, Erin became a rock climber at Red Rock Canyon, Nevada. Inspired by the colorful scenery she climbed, she returned to her love of painting and began creating one new painting every week.
Twenty years later, Hanson now resides in Oregon’s Willamette Valley, surrounded by beautiful wine country. She gathers inspiration for her paintings from the natural landscape around her, photo safaris abroad, and backpacking through National Parks. She seeks the beautiful colors of the golden hour and captures these colors on her canvases. Her painting studio and art gallery is 18,000 square feet (the length of a football field), and is open to the public Tuesday through Saturday.
