This painting was inspired by a morning spring drive to Enchanted Rock, in Texas hill country. The peaceful spring colors of green and blue swirl together in the still waters of the lake. The impressionistic brush strokes capture the feeling of being outside in the quiet dawn.

"Spring Reflections" was created on 1-1/2" deep canvas, with the painting continued around the sides of the canvas. The piece has been framed in a custom gold floater frame.

ERIN HANSON is a life-long painter, beginning her study of oils as a young child.  Her passion for natural beauty is seen in her work as she transforms vistas familiar and rare into stunning interpretations of bold color, playful rhythms and raw emotional impact.
