About the painting:
"The northern rim of the Grand Canyon is very special to me. I love the silence in the winter, when you can stand all alone at the edge of the rim, surrounded by vast, quiet beauty in every direction. This painting captures the transient light of early dawn." - Erin Hanson

This painting was done on 1-1/2" canvas, with the painting continued around the edges. The painting will be framed in a 23kt gold leaf floater frame to complement the colors in the piece. It arrives wired and ready to hang.
